Teach a Man to Fish/CampHER Summer Camps are free summer camp experiences for over 125 inner city youth in our targeted communities between the ages of 6 -16. Additionally, the camp employs another 10 young men and women as camp counselors. This camp experience includes fishing, hiking, horseback riding, camping, rock climbing, canoeing, boating, archery, and a host of other activities. Teach a Man to Fish/CampHER encourages our youth to explore nature and the provided platform allows us to teach creative, practical, and analytical intelligence among other skills like; leadership, team building, character development, conflict resolution, coping and strategic planning through these various activities.
